How do I become a sponsor?
Complete the Sponsorship Registration Form. Our team will review and follow up with next steps.
Are all sponsorships approved?
No. All sponsorships are reviewed to ensure alignment with our mission and community standards.
What is the sponsorship deadline?
Team sponsorship deadline is June 5 to be included in uniforms and league materials.
What payment methods do you accept?
Check (preferred), cash, and select digital payments.
Who do I make checks payable to?
Please make checks payable to Beyond the Arc Foundation.
Are sponsorships tax-deductible?
Yes. RMSBL is hosted by Beyond the Arc Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Can I sponsor more than one team?
Yes, based on availability and league structure.
Can I choose the team I sponsor?
Sometimes. Final placement may be assigned by the league for balance and organization.
Are varsity sponsorships different?
Yes. Varsity sponsorships require additional review and approval by league leadership.
When will my business be promoted?
After confirmation and logo submission through social media, website, and game-day exposure.
